For adults returning to higher education, juggling books, bills and everyday life.

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Justine, a 35-year-old mum, linguistics student, and soon-to-be teacher of French as a foreign language. I’m also a freelance writer who loves words, learning, and cheering others on as they grow.

I created this space to share support, tips, and reflections for fellow adult learners. Whether you’re back at uni, thinking about it, or just love learning new things at any age, you’re in the right place.

Open notebooks with handwritten notes and sketches, surrounded by pens and pencils on a white desk. A pen is lying on the desk, and a smartphone is in the background near a glass container holding colored pencils.
